To support this new trend of choice for the Italians, the steep fall of rent tariffs compared to the last year and a wide range of possibilities.
Accomodation is available for a more or less short period in every Italian city in a studio apartment or a larger property, a loft, or even opt for luxury residences, which allow to better enjoy the stay in the city.
The most popular residence type is a flat, strictly not far from the center and large at least 90 square meters. Preferably with an outdoor area, to be used during periods of good weather. The average length of stay is three weeks, but who’s in town for work might stop in an apartment even for a couple of months or more.
Professionals and executives relocating for work needs prefer a corporate apartment rental to a hotel room, especially if accompanied by their wives (or wife + children), opting for the home in preference to the hotel because is considered less cold and impersonal.
